Rain was in the forecast, but it did not happen for the Bride and Groom. The Ceremony was held on the East Lawn as planned. The Crowd was huge. So many guests that there was standing room only. What a great group to provide role models for the new couple. Such a fun group of guests. Trinity and Angelina county have great weddings. I visited with guests that I had not seen in years. So enjoyable. I met new friends as well as others who had been here many times. A great gathering. Very memorable.

The décor was of the Bride and Groom's wishes. Family and friends worked quickly and had the Reception Area decorated in record time. Very Elegant - Easy and laid back. Classic with a touch of county and vintage. Lot of fishing and hunting highlighted the groom's passion.

The Food was delicious. Family Chef Tullos had prepared many smoked Brisket with the addition of potato salad, cold slaw, yeast fried rolls, beans and southern sweet tea along with refreshing pure well water. They say there is magic in the water of Cochino. Delicious magic in the Brisket as well, as it was ALL GONE.

The wedding ceremony was performed by family, minister Robert Langford. He and his wife are regulars at here at the Lodge and pastor Langford has a ceremony that fits well the Bride and Groom's wishes. Such a delightful couple.

The wedding ceremony was coordinated by Cathey Page. She kept on top of it and had it all going in the perfect direction and on time. Very talented lady.

Dalton Gauthier was wedding sound , music and announcing. He makes sure the right sounds are always in place. The minister is heard by the crowd and the Bride and Groom's vows as well. Dalton works to make sure that all special events are not forgotten: cutting of the cake, first dances, garter toss and bouquet toss, send off, speeches, toasts and any other things you wish.
