Powers and Russel and Family United at Cochino Lodge

Jacey Powers and Justin Russell
Now Mr. and Mrs. Russell and Family

What a Wedding. No Brides Maids, No Groomsmen......But this gets better.........
The children of the Couple were their parents attendants at the ceremony. A beautiful family. All six of them.   It was a perfect ceremony with them all participating and all included.
A huge crowd gathered together, making a lasting memory for all times. There were tears of happiness as the couple and their family concluded the ceremony and walked from the alter. Such a touching site. Everyone was so delightful and friendly. The food was delicious, prepared by the families of the couple, and so much of it. The guests came back for seconds and then took some home.  No one was stressed, a calm group of people, orderly, and had a good time from beginning to the end. I do know some had  a varied time, as they took to the fishing hole with rod and reel and came back with evidence of a HUGE fish.  Probably the catch of the year in size......Tell them about it Monte Powers. This was the brother of the Bride. I am looking for the photo so I can share it.
The Decor was a touch of County with a lot of Elegance. Dawn Gauthier put it all together to create the perfect atmosphere.  Dawn was the designer and wedding coordinator who worked to make a great memory for the new couple and their family.  Vintage Jugs and cotton stalk bouquets, Eucalyptus  included with  the aroma wafting  throughout the reception area. Crockery, brown vintage bottles with small arrangements. Crochet doilies were atop each centerpiece of hardwood slices. Old Oil Lamps with candle light were on each table. The decor recalled times past  when life was simple and families were close.  A great memory to abide by.   The crowd rang tiny bells to welcome the new couple.
After dinner was served and cakes cut, the dancing began. The good times began to roll and laughter and fun was had throughout the rest of the night.  What a meaningful  gathering of families who all set good examples for the new family to follow. I hope to see them all again soon. A wonderul group.
