Murillo and Garcia wed at Cochino Lodge on the East Lawn

David Murillo and Marissa Garcia were wed at Cochino Lodge
October 19, 2013.

The weather was cool and the sun was shining. The setting was the outdoor chapel surrounded by flagstone.  Old church benches that were set up in the chapel were used by the guests. Ferns, palms and other flowers decorated the arch. Silver and Black were the Brides chosen colors and this theme was carried throughout. Abigail Cruz coordinated the wedding décor along with her husband Antonio, and father A. Murillo.   The wedding was at 4 PM with Clyde Black -Justice of the Peace officiating.  Following the ceremony the bride and groom welcomed guests into the Mid-Deck where the festivities began. Music played throughout the reception and into the night. Delicious food was brought to each guest. The parents of the Groom prepared the food for the many guests to enjoy.  Eating, dancing, visiting, and the cutting of the beautiful many tiered  wedding cake and many cakes surrounding were enjoyed by the guests. Especially the children who waited in line for the sweet cake.

The families and guests were a pleasure to have at Cochino.  Many new acquaintances were made and old renewed. A great number of family members traveled great distances for this wedding celebration. It was a great reunion of families and friends.

The hospitality was wonderful. It was a pleasure to have the Murillo and Garcia wedding at Cochino.
