It was a fun filled weekend for the Minyard-Pricer Wedding. Many of the guests came in Friday and stayed until Sunday noon. The time that the guests were not getting ready for the wedding, they were enjoying the scenes of the country side, fishing in the lake or riding on the back roads near Cochino.  Not to mention taking the young guests into the forest of Cochino, after dark, looking for snipes.  There were plenty of snipes at that late hour and really hard to see in the darkness. But everyone enjoyed this outing.

The wedding day was perfect. Cool but not Cold and very sunny during the ceremony. Toward late evening a few drops of rain fell but did not last long.  Decor was done by family who used lanters and wood slices to decorate the tables.  Reception food was catered by  Stevens Catering of Lufkin.  There was a lot of it and very delicious.  The Grooms unique 'stump' Cake was also done by the Company.  Nana's Wedding Cakes delivered the Bride's beautiful cake.  Nana has been to Cochino Lodge many times and everyone loves the look as well as the taste. She never disappoints.  Guests came from Canton, Fisco, Oklahoma and other north eastern Texas locations.  Spending the weekend during the fall was enjoyed by everyone.

Music was by Winters who had an array of music that suited everyone. She has been to Cochino many times (check my facebook Suzanne Steed under Cochino Lodge Weddings and Events-Providers of Music  for information) iThe wedding music was also provided by Winters.  Up to date music as well as those old tunes were available upon request. Good sound as usual and lot of dancing.  Photography was by (Let me Know and send Photos) who covered every event and included everyone.

Beautiful Bride and great family and Handsome Groom and great  Family as well, had a memorable event at Cochino Lodge.  I enjoyed their laid back approach and calmness.
