Alsbrooks and Toms Married at Cochino

John and Samantha
Mr. and Mrs. Toms

What a beautiful day for  the perfect wedding.  The lodge was decorated with slate blue and Ivory.  Candles , placed on top of log slices, glowed on each table. Greenery and flowers decorated the tables and stations of interest throughout the lodge. The reception area was beautiful.  A memory bureau with photographs of loved ones was in the reception area as well.
Many photographs of the couple were located throughout the lodge along with signs of endearment and love.  The friends and family were great guests. There seemed to be no stress but a laid back group who were in attendance to celebrate the marriage of John and Samantha.  Trinity County was well represented especially Trinity, Texas.  Groveton was well represented as well. The Parlor of the Lodge was made ready for the guests with fruits and sweets and nuts. There was a varied array and it was delicious. The wedding was held on the Tree House Deck with a huge tree overhanging with the backdrop of the lake. It had a fairy tale feel and you thought that any moment the birds would begin to sing.  The reception was catered by Tacos by the Trax in Trinity.  Wow !!! The food was delicious.
Sherry Gauthier, of Chantilly Bliss Buffet Coordinator, met the food delivery and organized and set up the Buffet and Steam Table. Tea and beverages were ready to be served along with the hot food and all the trimmings. Sherry and her crew do it all. Sherry even set up the Coffee Bar to accommodate those who needed a little energy to make it through the night.  Family and Friends enjoyed the meal without the stress of having to have it ready on time. Sherry also decorated the Buffet and Coffee Bar  beautifully.
Then came the visiting and dancing. Dalton Gauthier was the DJ and Master of Ceremonies and kept all the events in mind so the couple would not miss any.  The Cakes of the Bride and Groom were so beautiful and delicious.  Cutting of the Cakes is always a great memory and photographs must be taken.

What a Great day. I enjoyed all the guests.  I visited with some old acquaintances and enjoyed this as well. Weddings are special and hold great memories and is the beginning of a wonderful life together.
May this couple live happily ever after.
