May I Present.......Mr. and Mrs. Ford

Summer and Chad
Married at Cochino Lodge

What a Wedding to remember.  Chad and Summer are now Mr. and Mrs. Ford and Family.  The ambiance of the wedding was beyond description.  It was unique and made so by the hands and imagination of April Carswell.  Summer turned it all over to April to run with in any direction she chose.   The table décor was of brown vintage bottles sitting atop stacked wooden slices.  The head table was situated in front of the fireplace mantle which had huge elk horns on each side with a vintage lamp in the middle. The 'old Ford' tailgate was hung  above the Mantle with 'Mr. and Mrs' sinage perched on top of the tailgate.  Truly a vintage item from the Ford family.  The grooms cake table reflected his hunting and fishing interests. There were ducks, horns, a boat, moss, jugs all things seemingly a call to hunt and fish.  The brides table was elegant and adorned with a large photograph of the Family and mounted on wood by the Bride The wedding ceremony was held in front of the  open air Chapel.  The archway was decorated with pampas plumbs, vintage flowers and a large cow skull and horns.  Hitching posts were on each side of the alter.  The lake was the back drop, the tall trees on the hill side beyond this and with the beautiful sky overhead  that gave them a rainbow for the ceremony. Just a sprinkle of rain earlier in the day for good luck. All of this was captured by the Brides brother, professional photographer Michael Tidwell who saved amazing memories for the couple to enjoy for a lifetime. I am hopeful to see them soon.  There was a large crowd that attended the ceremony and enjoyed the BBQ and all the trimmings. Sherry Gauthier (Chantilly Bliss) was the buffet coordinator. Sherry had beautiful décor and excellent service from beginning until the end. She takes the worry and work  out of getting the food and drinks ready as well as serving your wedding guests.  David Davis was in charge of the Music. He had all the great sounds. The crowd danced the night away, visited with each other, laughed and made great memories.
There were many family members wo came to the wedding and were an important part of the ceremony, celebration and helping to make it all happen as well.  Friends also were a great help in making sure it all got done and on time.  What a large group that melded into a large family. A close knit family of kin and friends who are a great asset to any family. We should all be as fortunate.

This family will live happily ever after. Raise their family, become grandparents and mentors to a new generation. Life will go  on peacefully and happily.
