Mr. and Mrs. Hester
Cochino Lodge
It all began as Once Upon a Time...….. truly a dream wedding come true at Cochino Lodge. Jordan wanted a story book wedding and this was exactly as she had envisioned. So romantic and so memorable. Mother of the Bride, Veronica, took Jordan's wishes and made them happen beautifully and with one of a kind woodsy wonder land.
Veronica is very artistic and talented. Veronica orchestrated and worked on the making of the 8 feet tall and 8 feet wide story book which towered toward the heavens beautifully. Jordan hand scripted the words on the opening page....'Once upon a time …." Jordan is talented as well, such professional writing, amazing. the Arch was at least 15 feet wide. Floral arrangements, created by Veronica, decorated the beam with a wreath center. Moss hung from the Tree that was over the Tree House Deck and created a beautiful backdrop for the wedding. Moss hung as well from the archway beam. The Old Oak tree had moss hanging from its limbs and created such a delightful ambiance...… of southern days many years ago, far away places and times , a waking dream. The view was transformed unbelievably.. Benches were flanked by large log bolts, moss and candles. The logs had great shapes and were ideal.
Many guests came in spite of the threatening rainfall . So many family and friends came and helped to make the wedding memory a beautiful lasting one. There was an abundance of food prepared by the families, music-by a great DJ from Haslet, , visiting, dancing and celebrating. Everyone helped to make it flow smoothly. Lovelady, Groveton, Lufkin, Apple Springs, Haslet, Sulfur Springs, Oklahoma and other Texas points were represented.
What a beautiful couple, so in love, with a calmness about them.
Sarina Music and her second shooter were everywhere getting those unforgettable moments. Sarina is very laid back and puts the bride and groom, attendants and wedding families at ease and gets the most adorable photographs. Easy going and I look forward to seeing her at Cochino, always.
What a thoughtful couple, they left me a 'love' letter of appreciation that I value dearly.I found it on the kitchen table along side a bag of beer that I sure ENJOYED. Thank you both and your families that came to Cochino for your wedding. I enjoyed myself visiting with the guests. I was happy to see those of Lovelady. And that Precious little dog that ran down the aisle to meet the groom and then to the bride when she came down the aisle.
You will live happily EverAfter. That is the only way that it could be.
….and that little baby was in the wedding.
