TaNesiah and Brandon Wed

Cochino Lodge

A most delightful wedding of over 260 guests met at Cochino to Celebrate the Lamb and Johnson Wedding This was a great homecoming as many were originally from the Crockett, Kennard and Ratcliff areas. Old acquaintances were renewed and new family members were introduced.  The wedding was conducted by Christopher Wooten of Tyler, Texas whose artistic arrangements, ideas and coordination cannot be complimented enough.  The Lobby, Mid-Deck and Dance Deck exploded with color and artful arrangements. (Chris can be reached at 903-539-3162) Music was provided throughout by Joe Daniel, who had great selections throughout the initial gathering of guests until the final dance.  Pat's Images, Patsy Winters, of Beaumont was the photographer who stayed throughout the wedding photographing a book of memories for the bride and groom.  (409-201-7611)  Lola Lamb provided the fruit, cheese, and beverage just after the ceremony as well as the huge Dinner that followed after photographs were taken. The guests enjoyed this and no one left hungry. The Bride and Grooms cakes were artfully created  by Peggy Griffin of Just Cakes.  655-2007 (936).  Ms. Griffin made, delivered, and set the cakes up for the Bride as well as serving as the hostess for presentation  of the cake and punch.  The bride's mother, Bridgette Lamb, provided the colorful broom for the ceremonial 'jumping-of-the-broom" . Reverend  Delvin Atchison the officiant, presented the story of this tradition which was very interesting.
