Cochino Lodge Weddings: Abraham and Lauren Married at Cochino Lodge

The Marriage of Abraham and Lauren took place on the East Lawn of Cochino Lodge. Guests gathered around the ceremonial site in the shade of two large pear trees facing the blue waters of the Lake at Cochino. A truly beautiful ceremony ending with a song especially for the new couple. This was sung by family friend Royce. A great voice and great message for the newly married. Steve Adams provided the music for the reception and dance. Nana's Cakes of Lufkin had a beautiful and tasty Bride's Cake. The Groom's cake was just as the Groom wanted and very unique. The decor in the Mid Deck was beautiful. Flowers, bottles and vases the color of spring water, log slices and beads decorated the tables. Plate Chargers along with black serving plates and napkins completed the setup. The Reception dinner was provided by Smitty's BarBQ of Crockett. This was delicious as usual and and lot of it. Smitty's also served the food and set it all up. This was a wedding destination for many as they spent the night and enjoyed the venue the next day as well. A lot of fishing went on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Walking along the water's edge and hillside was enjoyed as well. A fun wedding a great families and friends who were delightful. I was very happy and pleased that they chose Cochino for their great event. Thank You !!!
