Became Mr. and Mrs. Dillon

Cochino Lodge
A very spiritual Wedding where family and friends gathered from as far as Minnesota and places in between. Some guests had flights cancelled in the wake of the icy weather that covered the many states and could not attend but were here in spirit. The attendants of the bride and groom participated in the ceremony on more than one level. Each had a messages for the new couple that was recited during the ceremony. Brother of the Bride married the new couple. The wedding party sang songs of inspiration to the new couple. Violin music was provided by one of the groomsman as well as vocals by the sister-in-law of the Bride. Beautiful Esther Burns was the Maid of Honor and her Mom helped to coordinate the wedding. Pretty ladies Mandi Seago, Elizabeth Howard, Melissa Steindl, and Tiffany Easter, Jackie Pierce and Roxanne Easter were part of the Bridal Party. Such a group of handsome groomsmen Jake Jorgensen, Casey Johnson, Dan Thorson, Nick Dillon, Kip Jones, Danny Kennedy and Will Fondell, Holding the Vows was Zoe Goddale and Jackson Goodale . Some of the Groomsmen fished on the icy lake of Cochino. It was 'nothing compared to the freezing fishing in Minnesota' they stated. They caught enough fish to have them for lunch. They were delicious. I was impressed.
The reception dinner was grand. It was held on the Mid Deck where the delightful smells filled the air. The view of the icy lake and green pine trees while sitting a cozy warm area was delightful. It was a wedding breakfast in the late afternoon. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal and juice was served. Sweets and Eats catered the wonderful food along with the 'wedding cake' which was a tower of delicious sweet rolls.

The unity of the couple was symbolized by the Apple Tree. Hannah and Paul chose to graft an apple tree as a symbol of their unity together and with Christ. The grafted branch represents the two of them being grafted into the family of God when they accepted Christ in their hearts and then their coming together to become one. In this marriage they hope to grow together towards maturity and bare good fruit. They do not know where the tree will end up being planted. Very similar to their lives, even though they do not know where god is bringing them. They trust he will always provide and bring growth. Hannah also has very serious plans to eat all the apples !!!!!!
The new couple embrace Mizpah. It began while Hannah was in Africa. Mizpah became a central concept to their relationship as they were at a physical distance from each other. Not only will they claim Mizpah when they are physically distant but they will continue to claim it when they face emotional distance in miscommunication or conflict.
"May God remain between me and thee while we are apart from one another"
Please enjoy the photographs.
