Penick and Elias Wedding at Cochino Lodge

The Wedding of Heather and Martin was laid back, stress free, and a great joy to everyone.

The décor was coordinated by Connie Stout, mother of the Bride, along with a group of friends and family that got the decor underway in record time. 

 

This August weekend weather was magnificent.  It was such a cool breezy day, unbelievable for this time of year. Everyone enjoyed the pre-autumn ambiance with the sunlight dancing on the lake at a slightly different angle than summertime. Oh, the times they are 'a changin'. The Wedding Ceremony began at 6 PM with  Bill Agnew the interesting and unique officiate. The Bride was beautiful and radiant and as she walked barefoot down the aisle to meet her handsome groom. Many friends and relatives witnessed this marriage on the North Deck of Cochino Lodge.  Brother of the Bride escorted his sister down the aisle to meet Martin her groom.    Robert Truett and his ETBW -BBQ monster- sized- trailer, along with Dalton Gauthier and Mike Innerarity had the food ready when the wedding vows were finished. Of course Earnest Tubbs and Bob Wills music played throughout the reception dinner. Loved it!!!!!! Great Bar-B-Q and all the trimmings were served. Everyone enjoyed this.  Music and dancing followed until the final hour. The bride and groom spent the night on the lake in the Boat House and listened to the frogs croak and the fish jump in the water.  Other family members also spent the night in various cabins and stayed up talking until after the mid night hour.
