Cochino Lodge Hosts Waldron and Cortines Wedding September 8, 2012

The Cortines and Waldron Wedding

This was a great wedding, many friends and a whole lot of family. The decor was made magic by  mother of the Bride and family. Very unusual and unique. A lot of great ideas. The Candy Buffett was adorned with  many sweets in vintage containers, mirrors in the background, delightful ancient boxes used for risers, soft lighting and metal containers.  There were buttons of all sizes made throughout the years, old postcards artfully placed along with the cake topper from the Bride's mother and dad's wedding. The registration table had an old typewriter encouraging guests to offer advice for a life to be lived happily after.  Vintage milk jugs and jars, metal stars, and flowers were on the many tables.  Beautiful of windows decorated with photographs and art paper were hung at different stations as well as the 'grande' window placed near the cake table with words of love written atop the glass.  Wagons were used for transporting those very young to the ceremony as well as for  cool refreshments.   The food was plentiful and deliciously prepared lovingly by the Bride's dad, the music was as the bride and groom ordered and the dancing went on till
 "quittin' time'.
Enjoyable group of people.  I enjoyed it myself!!!
Beautiful Bride and Handsome Groom.  A Happy Couple.
