Noack-Commiato Wedding was held at Cochino Lodge deep in the East Texas Forest Country

The Noack-Commiato Wedding
December 4, 2010
 Cochino Lodge

A great wedding with Italian Penache, with a western flair, with a rustic ambiance, with great elegance was held at Cochino Lodge.  The December wedding was Perfect.  The weather was just right. The temperature was in the 70s during the day with some clouds but a lot of sunshine came through.  The festivities began the day before with the families coming together to ready the Lodge for that special wedding.

The men of the family checked out the buggie and introduced the Perchenon Horses to the  landscape who were to bring the bride to the alter the next day. The groom's horse, a bay rhone, was also brought in to get acquainted with the area. The next day the buggy was prepared by everyone getting busy shining and polishing the beautiful wood and leather top. This was a great occasion that brought in sightseers during the early day to see the wedding preparations and horses.

The Day was Magic

The Bride and her Father , came from the East , heading to the Alter. The guests could see the buggy coming around the bend across the Lake. They reached the other side and made their way up the slope of the hill to see the guests all standing waiting for the Bride to arrive.

The Groom on his regal steed rode proudly from the North toward the  gathering of guests

The buggy stopped at the ceremonial site and the bride looked for her future husband.
