Kelsey and Andrew
Mr. and Mrs. Turnbough
Cochino Lodge
A large Family, a lot of artistic talent and a willingness to work made for a great wedding where the Bride had a great leisure weekend. Walking in the deep forest, Davy Crockett National Forest, where Caddo Indians once hunted for food and sheltered nearby was enjoyed by the bride and friends during the day. Decor was done by the Bride's Uncle, Food prepared and served by the Groom, The Bride and Groom's cakes as well as Rose Cupcakes were done by the Groom's mother and I am sure the dad helped as well. The Bride's mom and dad prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner during the wedding weekend as well as working with decor and ambiance of the wedding. Cousins and aunts all jumped in and helped making for a winter wedding that was beautiful. Flowers were provided and arranged by the Minister's (Officiant ) wife who artistically decorated the arch with a asymmetrical swag and a beautiful floral design. Rain did not stop the celebration. An intimate and warm wedding with 'dinner theater' seating was held in the large reception area. Dancing and Dinner followed afterward. There were several Generations present. One began with Mary, the Groom's grandmother who made for at least 4 generations. Mary, happy to meet you. The falling rain added ambiance proving that a cold winter, rainy day does not stop a beautiful wedding from taking place.
