They became Mr. and Mrs. Ballard at Cochino Lodge

Brianne and Chase
Mr. and Mrs. Ballard

Cochino Lodge was filled with guests from Willis, Iola, Woodlands, College Station, Oklahoma, Flynn, Conroe, Diboll, Pollock Nacogdoches , Madisonville, and Lufkin.  The weather was warm and then cold. Fishing went on at the Lake regardless of the temperature. The wedding took place on the East Lawn of Cochino.   Connie Wells, Absolutely Fabulous Decor, set the ambiance and stage for the wedding. The archway was beautiful and the entry to the seating was equally unique.  The Reception area was also set up by Connie Wells who created an old world country-elegant wedding.  The forest was also a part of the decor in that there were pine bows, woodsy floral green with red berries and pine cones that Connie gathered from the grounds and woods of Cochino. Those woods at Cochino are full of decor all free for the taking.  Even the larger log slices were found there in the woods. Connie did not miss a thing that could be used beautifully.  The Food was delicious. Rancho Viejo of Madisonville, Texas catered and served the meal.  Alonso Villagrana, Manager, was prompt, efficient and provided an abundance of food as well as chips and salsa and dips.  G & W Photography  of Willis, captured all the special moments from morning until into late night.  Great to have at Cochino and I am looking forward to future events with them.  I hope to see some of their Photographs soon and I will share.
Everyone participated in dancing the night away.  The Wedding DJ, Dalton Gauthier, provided the music for the dancing as well as for dining, as the guests arrived and during the wedding. It was non stop music, dancing and fun. An easy and laid back DJ that has all the sounds from Old to current.
Dennis Ivy, family friend of the Bride's father, performed the wedding ceremony. Dennis was great as usual and sang a beautiful rendition of the "Our Father".  I will see Dennis soon at another wedding in December.
Twisted Tiara, doing hair and Air Brush Make-up, pampered the bride and her bridal party on Saturday. Perfect, is the only way to describe them. Angela Montgomery did a fantastic job.

The Bride and Groom were perfect for each other. Their families all came together to celebrate this occasion bringing with them the many  children, favorite pets and fishing gear. A lot of memories were made.
