A Cochino Lodge Wedding of the Sharps

A wedding that was orchestrated by the Families of the Bride and Groom
Devona and Jaynna Mothers of the Bride and Groom did a turn key job of decorating for the wedding and providing the rehearsal dinner as well as the reception dinner.  And the Pies and Cakes that were for the  celebration as well. Friends from Pennington provided a BBQ feasts of brisket and sausage with the potato salad by the grooms mother and grandmother. What a talented group of family and friends. It was a mini destination wedding. Families did not live far, but this was an all weekend celebration. The Theme was Elegant, Rustic with a little Gypsy mixed in with it all. A whimsical and exotic ambiance that wafted throughout. A little bit to a lot of Louisiana was intertwined in the event. Food for the rehearsal was certainly Louisiana Cajun being that it was CRAWFISH. The decor was made by the bride and her mom as well as Devona. Months of preparation paid off as it all came together just as the Bride and Groom had planned.  Big Bales of Hay, Branding irons and Fire, vintage wagon, signs, claw bathtub for the sunflower seeds,  and so much more.  There was music and a whole lot of dancing. Those Trinity Countians know how to have a great time. Photographs were by CrossfirePhotography, Phyllis Wars, who does a wonderful essay on the wedding. Phyllis begins with engagement photos, pre-wedding, bridals and the wedding. Very talented and dedicated photographer.
