The Hebert and Siercks had a stunning wedding celebration at Cochino lodge
The families gathered together on the eve of the wedding for the Rehersal Dinner and again the following afternoon for the Wedding.
The wind blew on Saturday which was welcome by the crowd. The food was delicious and there was enough for another wedding left over. Several kinds of meats, cheese potatoes, beans and bread with delicious southern sweet tea was ready after the wedding ceremony.
Connie Wells was the wedding coordinator and took the Bride's ideas and breathed life and fire into them making for a remarkable wedding. Please note the photos and see the ideas of the Bride and Groom which were set into motion by Connie Wells of Lufkin , Texas.
Livingston, Texas was well represented at the Hebert and Siercks wedding at Cochino Lodge. Livingston has great families of which many have been to Cochino Lodge either attending weddings or putting them on. Cochino Loves Livingston, Texas.

The Flower Girl and the Bride. The flower girl is at a wonderful age.
It will not be too long until she too is a bride. Already a beautiful young girl
who has a wedding sometimes in her future.
The Bride waited near the giant Fig Tree
Such a lovely smile during the ceremony
Sometimes almost serious
Again, the bride waiting until she meets the groom.
The guest register was carefully positioned by Connie Wells, on the flagstone, very handy for guests.
Connie made laminated photographs of the couple and hung them by invisible filiment from the tree limbs. These gently blew in the wind which created the illusion of a cool afternoon. They also glistened in the sun like prisms. Connie's ideas are so unique.
Tall towering vases with orchaids graced the bar where the photographs were displayed. Connie placed two peacock feathers in each vase which echoed the lavender colors of the bride.
Ready for the Party to begin and the cool drinks to be placed in the ice filled boat.

The Water Wagon was a hit as guests arrived and could get a cool drink of water.
Connie Wells, attached lovely Lavender flowers to each of the 10 rockers on the veranda.
The Chapel was a great place to wait
Connie had the attendents and special guests and family to
wait in the Chapel just before the wedding. She guided each one and made sure that they were down the aisle on time. Each was instructed to turn off cell phones and get rid of chewing tobacco and cigarettes before they began the march down the aisle.
Everyone said the bride's mother was as beautiful and as young looking as the bride. And she is!!! Chris worked for months getting the wedding list together so that everything would be available to work with on this great occassion. She did a great job.
The Bride and her Dad are just about ready to meet the groom at the alter.
Connie is along every step and straigntens the bride's train just before the guests stand.
Connie makes sure each groomsman has is properly attired. Nothing left out.

There were smiles and then there were Tears of joy as well as devotion.
It was so touching and memorable. It was so beautiful.
This is the way the sky and clouds looked just minutes before the Bride and her Dad walked
to meet the Groom and all the guests.
Still making sure all is on schedule.
After the ceremony, the Bride and Groom took a few seconds by themselves and walked
toward the water's edge as Mr. and Mrs. Siercks.
Weddings are like fairy tales come true. It is such a magical time that begins a new journey with the one you will love for a lifetime. It is that first step.
No matter how many times you hear the words that 'love is patient, love is kind....." this never becomes old but is always a renewal of what is to come. It is a little bit of heaven on earth.
