Centilli-Freshour Wed at Cochino Lodge-New Years Eve 2013

They Welcomed in the New Year 2014 with a Wedding At Cochino Lodge

What a wonderful wedding. A Catholic Wedding with a full mass with the Most Rev. Patrick George of Conroe.  Bishop Patrick performed a memorable and sacred wedding at Cochino for Jeri and Robert.

It was a cold end of December but the Mid deck was warm and cozy for the many guests after the wedding in the soft light of the Main Lobby.  Tables were laden with delicious food prepared by the Cheryl Rushing and Husband ..All Occasion Catering..of Trinity. Bacon wrapped grilled shrimp and hot crab dip were a hit with the guests. The fruit topiaries, chocolate fountain, seasoned crackers were just a few of the many delights. Music began as the guests entered the Mid-Deck. Judy Fields of Douglas, FX Entertainment,  a regular at Cochino, had a great selection hand picked by the bride and groom.  There was dancing, toasts, more dancing and then the Roasts!!!!. Now who was it that said  .....'thank god and greyhounds she is gone'.  ????   Even Bishop Patrick had several humorous stories. He was delightful. Father of the bride participated in karaoke .  He has a great voice and sang throughout as well as the 'old lang syne.'  Mother and Father of the Bride enjoyed the wedding till the midnight hour. A Young at heart couple themselves-- Lorene and Gerald Centilli are great sports, even spending the night at Cochino.  Dalton Gauthier sang  and entertained the guests with their requests of oldies but goodies.  The Bride sang her 'favorite of all times' and did a great job of it.  This was truly a delightful wedding with many  facets with everyone participating and enjoying themselves.
Pat Centilli and his daughter of Trinity worked magic and turned the lodge into a flowing and glowing setting for the wedding. Antique white containers, vases, and bowels held colorful flowers of the brides chosen colors of blue and white. Long stemmed blue etched wine glasses adorned the table just waiting for the toasts to begin. Pat Centilli created a tent effect inside the lobby for the wedding ceremony. This was very intimate and the wedding party gathered here for the vows to be said and communion to be celebrated.
The Wedding party had themselves pampered with make-up artist Julie Newton. Julie brought the best in makeup...MaryK...and introduced the ladies to the newest in glamour. Josie Tindall also did make up creating a romantic presentation for each beautiful face.  Vanessa Tindall, cosmetology teacher at Huntsville High School was the hair dresser- artist who came early and worked with the wedding party making the irrestible even more so.

Many guests spent the night at Cochino as they had traveled long distances.  Loredo, Texas was the farthest distance traveled.

The night ended with fireworks. The sky was filled with cascading sparkles and many surprises. It was even more than the forth of July. This went on for quite a while. This was a great ending to a wonderful life event....the Centilli-Freshour Wedding.

Thank you for choosing Cochino.
