Cassie Lehman became Mrs. Josh Griffin
A Grand Wedding took place with family and friends coming together to make it happen. The décor was just beautiful. Vintage was the theme mixed with very sentimental items made by close friends and family, photographs, and carefully chosen table décor and the placement of items. A large cedar cross was chosen as the backdrop for the ceremony and was very impressive. It all came together seemingly easily but backed up by months of planning and expertise in its execution.
The Wedding cakes were made by Sassy Sweets of Huntington, Texas and were so pretty and delicious. Sassy Sweets has been to Cochino pleasing the bride and groom on many occasions. Photographs were taken by Shawn Dupree Photographer of Lufkin who has been to Cochino for years now and never ceases to amaze with his photographic expertise and getting the most elegant moments to remember. New to Cochino was the Photo-Booth. Brought by Raegan Cassels Williamson of Pollock. This was a hit that entertained for hours. All the guests captured that whimsical moment with all the props that were brought along for the unique moment in time. Copies were given to guests as well as a CD for the Bride and Groom to enjoy later. Airbrush Artistry did the Bridal Party makeup. Raegan Williamson is the artist and owner of this also. She has been to Cochino for the many brides before as well. She is great and multi-talented, you must consult with her to have your make up done.
Connie Wells, Huntington, Tx, wedding artist , designer and consultant, worked from the start of planning the wedding until the final light was out on the wedding night. She had the wedding running smoothly without any problems. Most importantly, the Families did not have to be concerned with the particulars. Connie was one step ahead of it all. From the food presentation to the bridal party going down the aisle and beyond, Connie managed it all. Décor arrangement was also a part of Connie's plan as well as knowing what is available at the Cochino for use, what needs to be brought, and where to put it all back when the celebration is over. Tyson Wells also assisted and fell right into step with coordinating and keeping it on track.
Donna Lehman-Davis( and other family members), Aunt of the Bride, put her touches on the wedding and worked throughout to give it the look that the Bride had chosen. Enthusiastic and Energetic is a great description of Donna.
Mother of the Bride, Diane Lehman, made the intricate flowers of various colored and patterned material. These were so professionally done and added a great dimension to the wedding and the memory of the wedding for years to come. Harold Lehman, father of the Bride had a beautiful cedar cross made for the wedding Ceremony. It was so impressive and so large. This too is a memory maker for all times.
The young children who participated in the wedding were a delight and followed instructions and did their part so well.
Catering was done by Smokehouse Catering, Nacogdoches, Tx. Lot of food and delicious. First Time at Cochino and looking forward to their return.
The Bride and Groom were both a pleasure. Everything fell into place with the wedding personalized to their desires. Not hurried or confusing was their feel for the day. Please enjoy the photographs of the wedding of a very beautiful bride and handsome groom.
