Cochino Lodge Hosts The Osborn & Gibson Wedding March 19, 2011

James and Shauna Gibson
Celebrated at Cochino Lodge
The Sun was Shining
and the Moon was full.
The pear trees were totally white with blooms. And the grass was greener on this side.
Nature decorated before the wedding day.
The family was large.  Some were from Center, Lufkin and some from
New Cemetery Road just down the way from Cochino.
It was a great celebration.   The groom, James, said that he was so happy and worked to arrange the wedding setup on the lawn to perfection.
Inside the Lodge,  April Scates ran with the decor and did a stunning job.

Bride & Groom blessed

The symbolic uniting of two families into one.

The Bride was so full of life and happiness.  This was the great day and the beginning of a
lifelong romance.

So Cute and fiesty.

On their way to a beautiful life.

THE GROUNDS OF COCHINO CAME ALIVE WITH SPRING AND
WITH THE OSBORN AND GIBSON WEDDING.  TAKE A LOOK!!!

The Old bottle tree was sporting a new figurine, the bride and groom.  The bottles capture the questionable  spirits and keep them containes so that the wedding is just perfect.  On a windy day you can hear the moaning  of the spirits trying to get out.   Or so Legend has it.

Nothing is wasted.  The bottle walk makes use of cast off bottles in a unique arrangement

The bottle walk heading for the pond.

A small patio of bottles at the 'house of crosses' located adjacent to the open air chapel
Just big enough to sit down if you let your feet rest on the bottles.

Small chandelier hanging from the Old Elm Tree. Lights the table below for those late night gatherings.

The small pond and waterfall is mesmerizing
